Who sells you Agorà

Agorà is sold by Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: you buy from them, and they resell the program on our behalf. That's why payment, receipt, VAT and refunds go through Paddle, under their buyer terms. Agorà was made by Raniero Dagliana with his agents, and this page says what you take home. By buying or using Agorà you accept these terms.

What you buy

The Agorà package in the version of the day you buy it. You install it on all your computers, as many as you have. You use it yourself, for you or for your work. You cannot resell it or give it away. And it wouldn't suit you either: your Agorà has your keys inside, and whoever gets it from you, with your key, also gets the key to your home.

Who owns the program

Agorà remains the property of Raniero Dagliana, its author. By buying it you do not buy the program: you get a licence to use it, yours and not transferable, under the conditions on this page.

What's not included

The Claude or ChatGPT subscription, which you take out with Anthropic or with OpenAI and pay to them. The ElevenLabs voice, if you want it, with a key of your own.

What you cannot do with it

You cannot use Agorà for anything against the law, to defraud, to send unwanted mail, to violate other people's rights, to attack computers and systems that are not yours, or to make automated decisions about other people. We may withdraw support from anyone who does not respect these terms.

If you change your mind: refunds

You have fourteen days from purchase to change your mind and get your money back, without having to say why, even if you have already downloaded the package. With the refund the licence ends: you no longer receive updates or support and you stop using the program. To ask for a refund you go through Paddle, from the link in your receipt email.

If something doesn't work

Write to us at agoraapp.ai@gmail.com or use the "Send to us" button in the Support room. For money matters, that is payment and refunds, Paddle answers.

The agents' answers

The agents inside Agorà are artificial intelligences: they can be wrong, even while sounding sure, and what they say is not the opinion of a doctor, a lawyer, an accountant or a financial adviser. The decisions are yours, and for health, money and legal matters ask a professional.

Agorà lets artificial intelligence work on its own on your computer, with the permissions you give it: it can create, change and delete files and send the email you ask it to send. Keep a backup of the things that matter.

You are responsible for what you ask the agents and for what you do with their answers.

What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee that Agorà will always work, or work without errors. This applies within the limits of the law: the rights the law gives you when you buy as a consumer all remain.

Agorà works with your Claude or ChatGPT subscription, and whoever sells it to you, Anthropic or OpenAI, decides about your account: if it changes its rules or limits, parts of Agorà may stop working.

Which law applies

These terms follow Italian law. If you buy as a consumer in another country, you keep the protections that the law of your country does not allow to be excluded.
